A view from my window . A beauty in stillness on a hot summer day. To get even better view I used to go to the nearby park where I sketched it, just before the midday heatwave filled the air. This was my second print during the residency. I started complicating the image a little, by adding delicate rounded shapes of the cloud and a subtle shadow. I also added gomazuri for the first time to recreate natural textures. I even managed to capture the wood grain, which was a pure lack, considered my inexperience with the technique.

30 cm by 21 cm approx. 4 are printed on cream and 3 on white washi.
